All eligible employees are encouraged to participate in our 401K Retirement plan in which Mercantile Bank matches 100% on the first 5% of your biweekly contribution. You will also be able to purchase Mercantile Bank stock at a discounted rate and participate in 529 College Savings plans through payroll deductions.
Paid Time Off
We offer generous paid time off benefits that start at three weeks paid vacation for full-time employees. Paid sick time and 11 paid holidays are also offered to full-time and part-time employees.
